WSR was established in 1998; we have always been committed to the research and manufacturing of precision silicone rubber molds and rubber products.
WSR covers an area of 13,000 squaremeter and has 300 employees; it has 12 CNC machine tools, 2 engraving machines, 1 Makino high-speed machine, 6 EDM machines, 3 wire cutting machines, and G milling machines. It mainly designs and manufactures compression molds and transfers Mold, and rubber injection molds (cold runner and hot runner). We specialize in producing custom rubber molds, such as rubber roller molds, new molds, energy connector molds, connection angle seal flash-free molds, and other high-precision molds.
WsR also has 6 precision rubber mixing machines, 48 rubber compressors from 50 tons to 300 tons, 4 plastic injection machines, 10 rubber injection machines (hot runner and cold runner systems), and 8 LSR injection machines, the maximum mold size we can use is 1200*750mm;
WSR can develop material formulas according to customers’ special requirements. The rubber materials we use include silicone rubber, liquid silicone, natural rubber, NBR, EPDM, SBR, BR, CR, IIR, PU, CSM, BIIR, FKM, AFLAS, etc.
We also have 8 precision die-cutting machines to produce sponges, mylar, poron, adhesives, and conductive/non-conductive products for PCs, mobile phones, cameras, etc.

WSR has a well-equipped production line, ranging from rubber mixing to product vulcanization and molding. The molding methods include compression molding and injection molding, which can well meet the production requirements of different types of products.
