Development History
1998 · Founded
Started as a small rubber workshop in Dongguan, serving local electronics makers.
2005 · First Export
Began exporting silicone parts to Southeast Asia and Europe.
2012 · ISO 9001
Quality system certified; moved into Sankeng Industrial Park with 5,000 m² facility.
2016 · LSR Department
Dedicated Liquid Silicone Rubber department commissioned with cleanroom injection.
2019 · ISO 13485 + IATF 16949
Medical and automotive quality systems certified; factory expanded to 13,000 m².
2023 · Optical LSR Line
Optical-grade LSR (RI 1.43–1.46) line launched for LED & automotive optics.
2025 · MES + PLM Live
Full digital traceability: ERP + WMS + MES (PLM module June 2025).
